Free Cancellation
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the tour start date receive a full refund of any advance payment.
Refund Schedule

How to Request a Refund
- Contact us via WhatsApp at 0314-9681994 or email info@heavenearth.pk.
- Provide your booking reference number and reason for cancellation.
- We will process your refund within 7–10 business days.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If you paid via bank transfer, the refund will be sent to the same bank account.
Tour Cancellation by HeavenEarth
If we cancel a tour due to weather, safety concerns or insufficient group size, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.
