Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

• A 30% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
• The remaining 70% must be paid at least 7 days before the tour start date.
• Installment plans are available — contact us for details.
• Prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change based on group size and season.

2. Cancellation & Refund

• Free cancellation if cancelled at least 7 days before the tour start date.
• Cancellations made 3–6 days before the tour: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before the tour: No refund.
• No-shows are non-refundable.
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

3. Tour Modifications

HeavenEarth reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, road conditions, natural disasters or government advisories. Alternative arrangements of equal or higher value will be provided when possible.

4. Traveller Responsibilities

• Carry a valid CNIC or passport for all internal check-posts.
• Follow guide instructions at all times, especially during treks and high-altitude travel.
• Disclose any medical conditions before the tour.
• Respect local culture, customs and the environment.

5. Liability

HeavenEarth acts as a tour organizer and is not liable for delays, cancellations or changes caused by third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, transport). We do our best to ensure smooth travel but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

6. Insurance

Travel insurance is not included. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies and evacuation, especially for high-altitude tours.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
